Two-Day Bench Test Prep Course
Our Two-Day Bench Test Prep Course is designed to give international dentists a structured, realistic, and high-yield preparation experience for U.S. dental school bench exams.
Across two intensive days, candidates will review the core principles behind successful bench test performance, observe examples, and complete guided hands-on practice with instructor feedback. The goal is not only to practice procedures, but to understand why preparations are evaluated the way they are and how to make your work cleaner, more consistent, and more exam-ready.
Course Structure
The course combines:
Lectures and Criteria Review
We will discuss the fundamental criteria used to evaluate bench test preparations, including reduction, taper, draw, margins, smoothness, outline form, internal form, anatomy preservation, and overall preparation design.

Hands-On Practice
Candidates will practice common bench test exercises under guidance, including operative and prosthodontic preparations frequently used in dental school admission exams.

Why This Course Matters
Bench exams are not just about drilling teeth. They require precision, consistency, judgment, and a clear understanding of what evaluators are looking for. Many candidates practice for hours without knowing whether they are reinforcing good habits or repeating the same mistakes.
This course is designed to help candidates practice with purpose.
By the end of the two days, candidates should have a clearer understanding of how to approach different types of preparations, how to evaluate their own work, how to correct common mistakes, and how to continue practicing more effectively after the course.
The goal is simple: leave with better hands, better eyes, and a better plan.
All dates are subject to change without prior notice, and if a course date does not meet minimum enrollment, participants may be asked to transfer to an alternative available date.
